Once the holidays are past us, you can easily de-select the "Happy Holidays" wallpaper by right-clicking the desktop, selecting Personalize, clicking the Desktop Slideshow icon, and removing the check mark from that wallpaper.

Note: To install this themepack, just unzip the downloaded file and double-click the themepack. Windows 7 does the rest.
